1. How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Pakistan are usually delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, D DRIP offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for customer convenience.

4. Is there any advance payment required?

Yes, to confirm orders and prevent fake bookings, a 15% advance payment is required before processing the order. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping across Pakistan on all orders.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, customers can request order cancellation within 1–2 days after placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Do you offer returns?

We currently do not offer returns. However, we do offer an exchange option if there is a valid issue with the product.

8. What materials are your jewelry made from?

Our jewelry is made from different materials including stainless steel and brass, depending on the product.

9. Do your products come with a warranty?

Jewelry made from stainless steel comes with a lifetime color warranty, meaning the color will not fade under normal usage.
Products made from brass material do not come with a lifetime color guarantee because brass is generally designed for occasional wear.

10. How should I take care of my jewelry?

To maintain the quality of your jewelry, we recommend:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals

  • Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, or exercising

  • Store jewelry in a dry and safe place when not in use

11. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status.
