Returns & Refunds

At this time, D DRIP does not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. All sales are considered final.

Exchange Policy

We do offer an exchange option within 14 days of receiving your order, but only under specific conditions.

An exchange may be approved only if there is a genuine issue with the product, such as a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred before delivery.

Exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Disliking the product after delivery

• Ordering the wrong item

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging in order to qualify for an exchange.

Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by the D DRIP team. If the product is found to have a valid issue, we will arrange an exchange for the same or a similar item depending on availability.

Important Notes

Damage caused by improper handling, excessive wear, exposure to chemicals, water, perfumes, or misuse will not be considered a valid reason for exchange.

Products that show signs of use, damage by the customer, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
