Welcome to D DRIP. By accessing our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

This website is operated by D DRIP, a jewelry brand based in Pakistan. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to D DRIP. By visiting our website or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Payments

D DRIP currently accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa

To confirm an order and avoid fake or unverified orders, D DRIP requires a 15% advance payment before processing the order. Once the advance payment is received, the order will be confirmed and prepared for shipment. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order within 1 to 2 days after placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Exchange Policy

D DRIP does not offer returns. However, we do provide an exchange option in certain situations.

If there is a valid issue with the product, customers may contact our support team to request an exchange. The product must be in its original condition and the request must be made within a reasonable time after receiving the item.

Product Materials & Warranty Disclaimer

At D DRIP, our jewelry is made using different materials including stainless steel and brass.

Jewelry pieces made from stainless steel come with a lifetime color warranty, meaning the color will not fade, tarnish, or lose its finish under normal usage.

Some of our products are made from brass material, which is typically designed for occasional use. Due to the nature of brass, the color or plating may change over time depending on usage, exposure to moisture, perfumes, sweat, or other environmental conditions. For this reason, brass jewelry does not come with a lifetime color guarantee.

To maintain the quality and appearance of your jewelry, we recommend:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals

  • Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, or exercising

  • Store jewelry in a clean and dry place when not in use

Damage caused by improper care, excessive wear, or environmental exposure will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Limitation of Liability

D DRIP will not be held responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or failure to follow jewelry care instructions. Customers are responsible for handling and maintaining their jewelry properly.
