Warranty Coverage

All D DRIP jewelry pieces are covered by a 14-day limited warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects.

In addition, a lifetime color and plating warranty is only applicable to stainless steel items. Jewelry made from materials such as brass, 925 silver, or other metals is not included under the lifetime plating warranty.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing faults or plating defects and does not cover damage caused by:

  • excessive usage or normal wear and tear
  • improper care or maintenance

If a problem occurs during the warranty period and is confirmed by D DRIP to be a manufacturing defect, customers should follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

At its discretion and where permitted by law, D DRIP may choose one of the following solutions:

  • repair the product using new or refurbished components
  • replace the item with a new product of similar value and design
  • issue a partial or full refund of the purchase amount

D DRIP reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any repair, replacement, or refund. Products must be returned before a claim can be processed. If a refund is issued, the returned item will become the property of D DRIP.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to jewelry manufactured by D DRIP. It does not cover damage caused by:

  • accidents
  • misuse or neglect
  • improper handling
  • incorrect application
  • use with non-D DRIP products

To maintain the quality of your jewelry, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or environments that may affect the appearance or finish of the piece. These may include:

  • silver cleaning liquids
  • swimming pools
  • hot tubs
  • salt water
  • spa chemicals

We also recommend removing jewelry before sleeping and following proper cleaning and care instructions. Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty.

This limited warranty replaces all other warranties, whether written, verbal, express, or implied. If applicable laws do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, their duration will be limited to the period of this warranty. D DRIP will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products. No retailer, representative, or employee is authorized to modify or extend this warranty policy.
